Lifehacker shares a neat technique to log weight using Google Calendar from a mobile phone:

1. Create some quick text in your cellphone “Today my weight is ”

2. Create a contact for Gcal in your phone 48368 [instructions here]

3. Weigh yourself

4. Send a text message to Gcal at 48368 with your weight

5. It shows up in calendar

6. You can also search for “weight” and get a nice listing of your weight

If you’d rather not incur a daily SMS charge from your service provider, Gina created a script to log your daily weight into Excel.
