Menu Planner Templates

Weekly Menus | Organized Home.jpg

One of the best ways to ensure you eat the right food is to

  1. Plan your meals ahead of time, then

  2. Go grocery shopping so you have all those ingredients on hand to make healthy food.

  3. Easier said than done, right? To help you become a menu-management machine, Organized Home has some useful menu-planning tips, plus a printable menu planner and shopping list template.

A word of warning, the post is written for supermoms. You know, the kind of ladies that clip coupons and drive vans. I mean no offense by this - supermoms of the world: I applaud you. I have enough trouble running my own life, never mind the lives of an entire family.

Even if you're not a supermom or a menu planner, the post is a fascinating piece of "family management" fodder. Do people really live like this?

Menu plans aren't written in stone. So you're dodging cramps on the "big" cooking day? Swap it out with Pizza Night and go to bed early with a cup of herb tea.

A posted menu plan promotes accountability, but family members will forgive you, as long as they get their postponed favorite a day or two later.
