If you’ve ever tried the Nintendo Wii, you know already its potential to provide a serious workout. If you haven’t tried one yet, get your hands on one, at a store or at a friends, and give it a whirl. It’s insanely cool, and surprisingly tough. The Wii Sports will kick your ass. Especially the tennis. (Not so much the bowling.)
Wii Healthy has a 10-week Wii Sports exercise program to help people lose weight. Adding to that, Wii Fit comes out in early 2008.
I think this is way cool, especially for people who like video games but aren’t into exercise so much. Yet again, more proof that exercise can be fun. “Whoops, I got fit on accident.” Now, who’s up for some Dance Dance Revolution?
