		<description>Glad to hear you're keeping it up. Running can be a pain to get started with but once it's a routine it's much easier to keep it going.

On the subject of warmth - if you want to stay warm but not overheat and are going out running, dress for 20 degrees warmer than it is (i.e., if it's zero degrees celcius, dress like it were 20) - you'll start cold but within a few minutes you'll be just right.</description>
