The 100 most protein rich vegetarian foods is an interesting resource, but it’s not exactly practical. To add to this, we’ve brainstormed our favorite high protein vegan foods, shown in the table above. In the coming days and weeks, we’ll feature quick and easy vegan recipes that make use of these ingredients. Is there anything we’re missing? Any special requests? PB on whole-wheat toast is my favourite convenient vegan dish.
2 slices of toast and 2tbsp on peanut butter is 15g of protein and it is supposed to be a complete protein too because it mixes beans with grains.
