		<description>I reckon this is a pretty interesting idea. Because it is easy to record whole foods in a free form manner it encourages you to get into more detail. This ties into what I was reading about in &lt;cite&gt;In Defense of Food&lt;/cite&gt;. That book rails against nutritionism, our modern ideology that deals with food by breaking it down into its constituent parts and trying to decipher what's important.</description>
