		<description>What a great recipe. i have just started making my own bread (starting with the old kneading method) and this is the best I have made so far. I did a half loaf using other seeds from my cupboard than flax and it was still great. Really tasty. Many thanks. Really enjoyed the wait while the dough fermented - very satisfying!</description>
