		<description>I do a lot of cross training and find that when I push myself fairly hard for a week or so at a time, by the end of it walking makes me exhausted too. I believe it's because all of your muscles, though you are rotating the focus, are being utilized on a regular basis. You don't ever hurt if you spend your days lounging on the couch, but that's not much of a life either (in my opinion).</description>
