First world problems

Saw this on the BBC and it got me thinking about health and fitness in the western world.


Poor diets 'kill 3.5m children'

Around 3.5 million children die every year because of lack of food or poor quality food, a problem which starts in the womb, studies show.



It is important to remember how first world our health and fitness problems are and how lucky we are to be in control of our own destinies.
