The 100 most protein rich vegetarian foods is an interesting resource, but it's not exactly practical. To add to this, we've brainstormed our favorite high protein vegan foods, shown in the table above.

PB on whole-wheat toast is my favourite convenient vegan dish.

2 slices of toast and 2tbsp on peanut butter is 15g of protein and it is supposed to be a complete protein too because it mixes beans with grains.

And it's yummy.

And it's fast.
