There he talks about the four types of fats, where you can find them, and which ones you should use. I really like Scott’s writing because he uses science to describe his position. He treats us, his readers, like we have brains. I respect that! And if that’s not reason enough to check out his work, then how about his stance on vegetable oils? Guess what - he doesn’t use them:

But I also love avocado and peanut butter
That link is pretty sweet! I just plugged in my info, and also got additional results (by checking off a box on the page) based on me wanting to lose weight.
As for my favorite fatty food: PB, cheese, avocado . . . I love them all. *sigh*
I’m with both of you on the cheese. Especially baked brie on french bread with apple chutney. Sigh!
