Thanks, Andrea - like the sound of that pan-glazed tofu. It looks awesome on your blog. I did something similar with tempeh that was pretty successful. Will give it a try!

Your meals always look AMAZING. I've never tried grilled tofu, but definitely will after reading your post. I found a pan-glazed tofu cooking method that works pretty well, with a minimal amount of oil compared to traditional pan-frying. I posted it yesterday.

I'm glad you're ok after your cycling mishap!!!

@Sassy - all of the collisions I've been in have taken place while wearing the bright yellow jacket. I've heard some people argue that most people just "tune out" these yellow jackets altogether because they're just so common - in London, anyway!

@kathryn - firmly agree on the oil/wok issue. I haven't done much baked tofu but I should definitely give that a go next. I like the grilling because it takes less time, but I think baking tofu allows more time for the marinade to seep into the tofu.

While I've been a long-term tofu eater, I'm also relatively now to grilling tofu. Isn't it great and so much easier than faffing about with oil and woks. I quite like it baked as well. Usually when I grill tofu I marinate and then scatter over some sesame seeds. These brown under the grill, provide a contrasting crunchy texture and add even more to the flavour.
