Hi Monica!
The lime cabbage sounded great so I checked out the new blog your mentioned! Thanks – it is always great to share in neat, natural and whole food ideas!
And we have been including cabbage in our diet lately and hope to make it a regular thing, so that was great!
As well the brussel sprouts in this meal you made look so good! I have been using them as often as I like….ok, who am I kidding, I cannot remember the last time I ate them. But would like to, so this reminder is great
I love those brussels sprouts!!! Heidi’s method is my new favorite way to cook them…so good.
And I am so jealous of your daily swims. I was a competitive swimmer in high school and miss it so much. I can’t wait ’till it warms up around here and the outdoor community pools open, I”m definitely getting a membership this summer. Its such a great workout, and so easy on your body!
Yeah I think the sprouts surprised my BF (pleasantly so!) – “you put butter in these!” Nope, Parmesan! Such a magical ingredient.
