I find the best way to feed omnivores is to simply serve delicious food (such as in your post), focus on the presentation and no one seems to notice the meal doesn't include a huge slab of meat. Instead of "vegetarian comments", I usually just get compliments on how great everything taste. Most interesting is my omnivore friends don't really know <i>exactly</i> why, but they always feel sooo good after having dinner at our house. ;-) Excellent post!
