In the coming days and weeks, we’ll feature quick and easy vegan recipes that make use of these ingredients. Is there anything we’re missing? Any special requests? Let us know in the comments, by email, or in the forums!

PB on whole-wheat toast is my favourite convenient vegan dish.

2 slices of toast and 2tbsp on peanut butter is 15g of protein and it is supposed to be a complete protein too because it mixes beans with grains.

    And it’s yummy.

    And it’s fast.
