If you have a recipe for Saag Aloo, please please share… Even though the picture doesn’t look like what the curry shops here sell, I would geuss it still tastes good. And it looks a bit less greasy as well…

Julie, a recipe file is something I’ve been meaning to do. Tim and I were just talking about how to organize them and make them printer friendly. Some of these other blogs make it seem so easy!
