I don’t know about ultimate, but a list like this one from grocerylists.org can be really useful to have around so you don’t forget stuff when you go to the grocery store. The problem I have with this list in particular is that it has a lot of not-so-smart processed foods on it like fish sticks and mac & cheese. It also doesn’t leave much room for customisation.
I guess I know what I need to do: make the “ultimate smarter fitter grocery list”. Stay tuned.

We ordered groceries once in Switzerland and the delivery arrived with a free gift: a note pad of shopping lists. I was very amused at how useless it would be to me, given the categories. While meat was represented by at least 10 line items, there was merely ONE line which read ‘vegetables’. Ugh.
Can’t wait to see your customized ultimate shopping list!
